Shipping, Cancellation and Return
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT INCLUDING UNIT/APT NUMBERS.
All plants are shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
We ship all plants on Mondays/Tuesdays to avoid your plant being stuck at the post office over the weekend.
During this period, we closely monitor each plant to ensure it is prepared to handle the stress of shipping. Your plants will be packed to ensure they arrive in the same condition as if you bought them at the store. We utilize USPS/ UPS , choosing the most suitable carrier for your zip code. It’s common for plants to experience some stress during transit, which may lead to temporary changes such as leaf loss.
We do not ship plants to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally at this time on this website

Shipping Damages
Please beware of the weather in your area. I am not responsible for any heat damages and delays by the shipping carrier. HIGHLY recommended for states 40 degrees and below included thermal insulation. If you forget to buy insulation or heat pack for your package, please contact us immediately at email cosmicplantsllc@gmail.com We will adjust the costs and fix the order.
Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made BEFORE the item has been shipped. We ship plants every Monday & Tuesday.
We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped out.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Return
We will not accept returns:

Delays with USPS - We are not responsible for the plant once it leaves our location. That is the risk you are taking by purchasing a plant online. You are responsible for your own tracking information. If you have an issue with USPS delivery, you will need to contact USPS and input a claim with them.

Customer fails to provide photo/video proof of dead plant within 12 hours of tracking stating delivered.
